What brought you to Concord Litho?
There were many attractive features about the company. I think ultimately I was attracted by the variety of things I would be able to become involved in. I also enjoy the competitive salary and benefits package that is offered.

What do you like best about your job?
One of the benefits of working for a relatively small organization is the fact that I can be part of many things, impacting the outcome of a situation on many levels. I get to learn a lot and interact with a great variety of people. It is also nice to be able to say that I genuinely enjoy the people that I work with here.

What do you like least?

Sometimes it is a challenge to build an effective production plan when there is minimal information. Things can change at a moment’s notice, so we have to be able to roll with the punches and do the best we can with what we’ve got.

What’s your typical day at Concord Litho like?

The best way to describe it – it can literally be like a roller coaster. Things can be super busy one minute and the next can be a little dull. Every day is a little bit different than the last.

What’s the last innovative thing that you did in your job?

Recently I completed a project working with IT to create a database that will be used to schedule and track prepress functions. This is going to help make us all more efficient and will eliminate some of the guesswork in some aspects of our work.

What’s your dream job (if you weren’t at Concord Litho)?

Given my passion for mountain biking, I would love to own a bike shop.

Greatest challenge that you face?

I take a lot of pride in remembering details. As time passes and we continue to grow the business, it gets to be more of challenge to maintain my continuously growing database on all of our clients.

What would you do if you could retire right now?

It would be so nice to be a stay-at-home dad and raise my kids.
