What brought you to Concord Litho?
As a print buyer, I worked with CL in the past and always enjoyed the
relationships I was able to develop with the people there. They made me feel
very comfortable transitioning from a former customer to an employee.
What do you like best about your job?
OK – I know this is going to sound corny, but the people here are fantastic! The
atmosphere of camaraderie and teamwork makes it fun to get up each day and come
to the office.
Greatest challenge that you face?
Things are constantly changing in this business. It's my job to ensure that I
work closely with my customers to continually provide superior service – no
matter what!
Proudest professional accomplishment?
It has been so exciting for me to realize that my relationships with my
customers have grown to a whole new level. Naturally it took a little time for
them to trust in my abilities, but I know they are now highly confident in my
ability to handle any project that comes my way.
What’s your dream job?
Some day I would like to own and operate an antique store.
