Bindery - Stitcher Operators


We need operators for our McCain saddlestitcher and a Heidelberg ST400. Our stitchers have 6 signature pockets, an in-line cover folder, a calendar hole punch, an in-line high-speed knife and 5-knife trimmer, and a 6-head capacity trimmer. Our operators are responsible for troubleshooting and minor repairs on the equipment.

 

Candidates must be able to learn the operation of new machines quickly, be willing to train apprentice candidates and have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Successful operators have exceptional quality standards, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to ask questions. We cross-train all employees to operate all of the equipment in our bindery.

Sales - Commercial Printing


We seek an experienced account executive with a solid understanding of the commercial print market and strong selling skills. Candidates with exposure to agency, retail, telecommunications and financial industries will receive special consideration. Successful executives have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop solid customer relationships. Must have proven track record of providing consultative solutions in a web and large format sheetfed printing environment.

 

Rolltender Apprentice Program


Have you always wanted to learn a trade? Concord Litho has an exceptional apprentice training program that offers the opportunity for growth, challenging work days and increased earnings potential.

 

Rolltenders have the opportunity to learn about our equipment, on the job, while training to become fully qualified operators. Responsibilities include setting up and splicing rolls, inspecting supplies and reporting damage, verifying job ticket information against work materials, updating purchase orders, tracking roll inventory and ensuring proper stock for each run. Rolltenders also assist with minor mechanical and electrical problems, maintain the water tanks and etch drums and assist in make-ready and wash-up procedures.
